What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert guidance and support on all HR matters, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Oversee the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding including documents preparation and management and administration of HR systems.
  • Collaboration with an HR coordinator on HR administration and systems management and her guidance in terms of Czech labor law.
  • Stay up to date on Czech labor law and ensure compliance with all regulations. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify HR risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and projects.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in Compensation & Benefits. Experience with HR systems and databases, advanced MS 365 user.
  • Fast learner, self-starter, hands-on approach.
  • Hybrid working model of min. 3 days in the office (Prague city center) with occasional business trips to Ostrava (max. 1x per quarter).
  • Start date is preferred in September 2026.
