As a Knowledge Graph Engineer – Supplier Products, you will help us turn our vast repository of data into usable product information leveraging solutions that include matching techniques, machine learning, graph theory, and large language models. This role will have sophisticated analytical expertise; business acumen; a strategic mindset; client relationship skills, problem solving; and a passion for generating business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Dive deep into complex data sets, extracting meaningful insights using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Format, re-structure, and validate data to ensure quality.
- The ability to identify opportunities to use AI to transform business and operational processes for creating new sources of revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Create and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to solve intricate business problems.
- Design and maintain Knowledge Graph solutions, graph analytics, entity resolution, and semantic search capabilities.
- Leverage ML and AI models (both custom and pre-built) to build predictive systems that enhance decision-making processes.
- Explore generative AI models to generate synthetic data or create novel solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform data to improve model performance.
- Present findings and insights through compelling data visualizations.
- Work closely with product development teams, data engineers, AI engineers and business leaders to integrate data science solutions into our products and services.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML, AI, and generative models, contributing to our continuous innovation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, applying machine learning algorithms, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 7+ years of work experience with a master’s degree).
- 5+ years of data-science experience managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results.
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs, graph databases, or graph analytics concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NLTK, R, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Proficiency in Graph databases such as Neo4J
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative AI models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and collaboration skills.
- AWS Machine Learning – Specialty or Azure Data Scientist Associate or other certifications is preferred.
