About the Role & Team

We are seeking an Experienced QA Engineer to take primary responsibility for testing and ensuring the quality of our public-facing applications. With main focus on TechMatch Platform, our AI-powered vendor evaluation tool is a crucial business platform. Ensuring its reliability, performance, and user experience is vital — any malfunction or quality issue could directly impact customer satisfaction, trust, and our brand reputation.

Beyond TechMatch, the Experienced QA Engineer will also support other public-facing tools such as Trevi and others, contributing to the team’s shared goal of maintaining consistently high software quality across all client-visible systems. The role will include both manual testing and the development of automated regression tests to ensure faster feedback cycles and more stable releases.

This person will work closely with developers and product management, ensuring tight alignment between requirements, delivery, and validation.  If this position is not filled, it will significantly impact the customer experience, increase the risk of defects reaching production, and reduce the productivity of our development teams due to slower release cycles and lack of dedicated QA support for critical applications.

What You’ll Do

• Daily manual testing of mentioned tools
• Plan regression testing and perform it
• Write UI automation tests (Java, Selenide)
• Manage test cases in Zephyr
• Summarize and document found bugs in JIRA
• Validate research data and provide feedback to the research team
• Communication with PM and business to clarify requirements and changes
  

What You Bring

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Experience in manual and automated testing
• Experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Selenide)
• Knowledge of programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL)

 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with performance, security testing, API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
