About the Role & Team

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Pricing Analyst to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy across a portfolio of data products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, understands how pricing impacts growth and competitiveness, and wants to operate at the intersection of data, marketing, and commercial strategy in a niche, highly competitive market.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models for data products across multiple markets and customer segments
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and internal performance data to support pricing decisions
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance to align pricing strategy with business goals
  • Design and execute pricing experiments, promotions, and discount strategies
  • Monitor pricing performance and continuously refine pricing structures based on data insights
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with pricing recommendations and revenue impact assessments
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate pricing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal pricing processes and governance



What You Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • ~5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, revenue management, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data analysis and modeling
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Operation teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have / Advantage

  • Experience with pricing tools or pricing software
  • Strong understanding of pricing processes and pricing governance
  • Background in data-driven industries or niche / specialized markets
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or statistical analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and systems
