Overview

The HR Coordinator provides essential support to the HR function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records. This role is key in delivering efficient administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR services to employees and managers.

This role is a maternity cover for a limited period.

Responsibilities

• Act as key support and right hand to the HR and Total Rewards team.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files, including responsibility for both physical and electronic archiving.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.
• Administer absence, leave, and employee benefits (e.g., vacation, sick leave, health insurance).
• Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data and timely updates.
• Coordinate employee benefits and collaborate with external partners, including payroll providers, benefits suppliers, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration or similar role (assistant, office manager etc.).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
• Native-level Czech and advanced English skills. Strong communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Knowledge of local labor legislation is a plus.
