We are growing our global Procure to Pay operations, where your contributions will truly make an impact.

• Document, maintain, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including current-state mapping and future-state strategy development.
• Support ERP and support systems rollout and adoption efforts by developing training materials, facilitating user training, and offering day-to-day operational support (e.g., PR approvals, PO creation).
• Maintain critical Procure to Pay platforms, including Global Link (IDG's internal communication platform), SharePoint site, approval matrices, Power Automate Flows, etc.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI, delivering continuous insights and leading monthly scorecard reviews with key stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity in Ironclad (Contract Management System), including contract cleansing, renewal tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver ad hoc P2P analytics and cross-functional support, contributing to various strategic and operational initiatives.

• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
• Preferably, 2 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement or Finance.
• Excel and Power BI or Tableau experience needed.
• Prior experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Power Automate desired, but not required.
• Detailed oriented with strong desire to learn new processes and tools.
• Very good command of English.
