Your Mission
As an Event Producer / Event Planner, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering professional events (conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, digital formats, etc.) from start to finish. You will operate with autonomy while being part of a supportive and experienced team.
Your role combines hands-on event production, client relationship management, editorial content, event marketing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver B2B events from A to Z, ensuring operational excellence (budget, suppliers, logistics, timeline…)
- Imagine and develop new formats to foster lasting relationships with our IT professional communities
- Create compelling editorial and promotional content (event descriptions, social media posts, email invitations…)
- Manage communication on social media to attract, engage and retain audiences
- Provide proactive and professional support to speakers, clients, and partners before, during, and after events
- Track performance KPIs, debrief events, and suggest improvements
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years minimum of relevant experience in event or conference planning, ideally in B2B or the IT/tech sector
- Fluency in French and English at least C1 (written and spoken)
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Warm and people-oriented personality with a genuine sense of hospitality
- Excellent writing and editing skills in French (native or equivalent); fluent in English
- Editorial sensitivity or interest in IT topics (digital transformation, tech trends, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Confident using digital tools, social platforms, and event management systems
- Team player with international mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Solution-driven, agile, and eager to grow
Nice to Have
- Experience in growing or managing a professional community
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Hubspot, CRM or emailing systems
- Comfortable moderating a roundtable or interviewing an expert
