About the Role

As the Lead Integration Developer, you will manage a small but dynamic team of 4 colleagues (3 Developers and 1 Tester), overseeing integration projects focused on enhancing and maintaining our system integrations. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to drive impactful solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage system integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• System Efficiency: Develop and optimize integration solutions that are robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Data Integrity and Performance: Ensure data flows seamlessly across integrated systems, maintaining high performance and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve our integration practices and technologies.
• Team Mentorship: Support team members in their professional development, offering mentorship and technical guidance.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are well-executed and team strengths are maximized.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for integration matters, aligning with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

What We’re Looking For

• Integrations Experience: Familiarity with integration use cases through AWS or a similar cloud platform. The common use case is to connect SaaS applications and on-prem solutions.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in integration roles, with strong SQL skills and a readiness to step into a leadership role. Experience with the APIs (for example REST/SOAP), API management & error handling.
• Ownership and Initiative: A proactive leader prepared to take full ownership of integration projects and foster team success.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to facilitate alignment and gather project details effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
