We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented GL Accountant with a strong understanding of local/US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Dedicated to maintaining accurate general ledger accounts, reconciling financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts accurately.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conducting variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Performing account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Supporting external and internal audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Staying updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management

• 2-3 years of experience as a GL Accountant or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
• English level B2+. 
• German level B2+ is a strong advantage
