Overview

We are currently seeking to add another team member to our local talent acquisition team in Prague. This position is for a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.

 

Responsibilities

  • Helping all recruiters to succeed in filling the role
  • Managing all recruitment workflow and processes. Note that you will obtain training on the recruitment process.
  • Posting job openings on social media and job boards and keeping job postings and reporting’s up to date.
  • Managing and organizing recruitment-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Scheduling candidate phone screens and onsite interviews by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers as well as managing interview logistics, including room bookings.
  • Coordinating candidates' tests and business cases that are part of the recruitment process and keeping results on record.
  • Being responsible for documenting candidate-related information in our systems and making sure that it’s up to date.
  • Assisting the recruitment team with other tasks, such as sending out the employee referral program, finding new job boards, drafting offer letters, creating promotional branded content and other related tasks.
  • Collaborating with the larger HR team as needed with administrative tasks and duties.

Qualifications

  • Be diligent, and detail oriented.
  • A first experience with Recruitment/HR (internship, related HR degree, first professional experience in HR or Recruitment).
  • Ability to handle confidential data while maintaining a high level of discretion.
  • Professional communication in English (at least B2 level) and Czech.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enjoying daily communication with candidates.
