Overview

We are seeking an Employee Enablement Manager to join our IT team. This person oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology solutions that enhance the engagement, productivity, and performance of employees. The candidate for this role will be the primary owner of tools we use across our employee ecosystem. Our expectation is that this person will work closely with counterparts and stakeholders to ensure that the strategies are executed to the benefit of our company globally, leveraging best in class tools and innovation across our company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the current and future technology needs of our employees and identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and executing a technology enablement strategy and roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and employee experience vision
  • Managing the selection, deployment, and maintenance of technology tools and platforms that support employee communication, collaboration, recognition, learning, feedback, wellness, and well-being
  • Co-creating and delivering effective training and support programs for employees and managers on how to use technology tools and platforms effectively and efficiently
  • Measuring and reporting on the impact and outcomes of technology enablement initiatives and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, HR, vendors, and partners, to ensure alignment and integration of technology enablement solutions

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, computer science, business, or a related field
  • Around 5 or more years of experience in technology enablement, employee engagement, or a role with similar responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge and skills in various technology tools and platforms, such as Microsoft O365, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, etc.
  • Experience with innovative AI tools for internal use
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
  • A passion for employee engagement and technology innovation
